This privacy policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

The purpose of this policy is to describe the way that we handle your personal information.

2. Audience

This policy applies to you if you are:

  • a trade dealership making use of our services or
  • anyone contacting us by phone, SMS, email, in letters and other correspondence, and in person.

This policy applies to you under certain circumstances.

3. Collection and processing of your personal data (data processing)

Data processing means the following: every process that is carried out with or without the help of an automated process, as well as every series of activities that are related to personal data, such as the collection, capturing, arranging, saving, adapting or changing. But also querying, reading out, using, disclosing through transmission, dissemination or another form of provision, comparison or linking, restriction, deletion or destruction.

Personal information includes information we collect (i) automatically when you visit our website, (ii) on registration, (iii) on submission, and (iv) from you voluntarily. It excludes (i) anonymous, (ii) de-identified, (iii) non-personal statistical, and (iv) public information.

3.1 When you visit our website, certain information about the browser and operating system, the date and time of the visit and the access status are saved. This also includes which functions of the website you have used, how often you have accessed individual content, which particular file has been accessed and the amount of data that has been transferred. The saved content also includes websites from which you may have come to our homepage, as well as websites that you call up from our website. It is important for security, as well as for the prevention and detection of attacks on our homepage, to save the IP address and the name of your Internet service provider. We do this for a period of seven days.

3.2 We only save further personal data if you provide us with this and allow it. This applies, for example, to registration, the contact form, a survey, a competition or in the case of a contract. But even in these cases only after you have given your consent and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

You acknowledge and accept all the terms of this policy when accessing the website to order a product or request our services.

If you do not agree with anything in this policy, then you may not access the website and order a product or request our services.

You may not order our products or request our services if you do not accept this policy.

3.3 Your personal data can be deleted at your request (see also 6. Your rights). There is also neither a contractual nor a legal obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, some functions on our website are dependent on the provision of personal data. If you do not want to provide us with personal data in this context, certain functions cannot be used, or only partially.

3.4 Place of data processing

We may transmit or transfer personal information outside of the country in which it was collected to a foreign country and process it in that country. Personal information may be stored on servers located outside the country in which it was collected in a foreign country whose laws protecting personal information may not be as stringent as the laws in the country in which it was collected. You consent to us processing your personal information in a foreign country whose laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent.

We may transfer your personal information outside the country in which it was collected to a foreign country.

4. Personal data

We only use personal data, such as your name, address, date of birth and telephone number, which you have made available to us, for the purposes for which you have given us this data, e.g. B. to answer your inquiries, to process contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Your personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract. For example, the transfer of order data to suppliers will make this necessary. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for billing and processing purposes or if you have given your prior consent.

Your personal data transmitted to us will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. Exceptions to this are cases in which we are obliged to surrender the data due to mandatory legal regulations, e.g. for the purpose of criminal prosecution, to fulfill the legal tasks of the constitutional protection authorities or to avert danger. This is only by order of the responsible authorities. You can revoke your consent with effect for the future at any time. The stored personal data will then be deleted if you revoke your consent to its storage, if knowledge of this data is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.

4.1. Security

We use SSL encryption for our website when it comes to the transmission of confidential or personal content from our users. SSL encryption is activated, for example, when processing payment transactions and for inquiries that you send to us via our website. Please make sure that the SSL encryption is activated on your part during corresponding activities.

The use of SSL encryption is easy to see: The display in your browser line changes from http: // to https: //. Only send your confidential information with secure, activated SSL encryption and contact us in case of doubt.

We have to point out that data transmission on the Internet cannot be completely protected from access by third parties and that there may be security gaps. We, the H&S Automobile Hamburg GmbH, hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of your data.

We assume no liability for external links that lead to third-party content, despite careful checking.

The contact details in our imprint on commercial advertising are not desired, unless prior written consent has been given.

5. Usage-related data

Access to websites is automatically registered by every web server. When you visit our homepage, our web server temporarily saves every access in a log file (server log files). The following data is recorded and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer

  • Name and URL of the file called up
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Message as to whether the retrieval was successful
  • Identification data of the browser and operating system used

  • Name of your internet access provider

The processing of this data is important because it enables the use of the website (connection establishment) and serves for system security, the technical administration of the network infrastructure and also the optimization of the internet offer.

We collect data every time the server is accessed (so-called server log files). They are used to analyze attacks on our website and to analyze technical errors. The following information is recorded:

  • the url you requested
  • Browser type / browser version
  • operating system used
  • HTTP response code
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer

By default, the log files are automatically deleted every 14 days. This is how our web server is configured. We will temporarily extend the storage time of the log files (manual) or individual IP addresses (manual or automatic) if this is necessary for legitimate security reasons.

  • The recipient of the data is our web hosting provider.

YOUR RIGHT TO INFORMATION, CORRECTION, DELETION, OBJECTION AND DATA TRANSFERABILITY

You can exercise your right to information, correction and deletion of data at any time. Get in contact with us in the ways described above. If you want your data to be deleted, but we are still legally obliged to store it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies to an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability as long as we have the technical options available to the recipient.

6.1 information

Personal data that you have given us can be requested from you at any time. You have the right to receive information about the processed data and a copy of your data processed by us.

6.2 Correction and deletion

Personal data that are incorrect or incomplete can be corrected or supplemented. You have the right to request the correction, addition or deletion of relevant personal data from us. The prerequisite for this is that these are no longer required for the purpose for which they were issued, that you withdraw your consent to processing, that you have objected to processing or that the processing has taken place unlawfully. At your request, we will delete your personal data if we do not need it to fulfill the contract or if we are not legally obliged to store it.

6.3 Restriction of data processing

Your personal data can also be processed by us to a limited extent. You have the legal right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data. This applies e.g. B. in the event that you dispute the correctness of the personal data and for the period necessary for us to check the correctness. Also in the event that the processing of personal data is unlawful and you refuse to delete it and request restricted use. If we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of storage and processing, you have the right to request the deletion of your data or if you have objected to processing. We will request proof of identity before removing your information.

6.4 Data portability

You can ask us to inspect the personal data relating to you that you have provided to us. You also have the right to receive this in a common, machine-readable format and, if necessary, to transmit it to another person responsible. 7. Contact form

Inquiries that you send us via the contact form will be saved with your details from the inquiry form and the contact details you provided there in order to be processed and in the event that follow-up questions need to be answered.

We will use the data for the purposes specified in the consent and store it in accordance with the statutory retention period. Any further use of the data from the contact form will only be used anonymously for statistical purposes (e.g. number of inquiries, success rate of inquiries, etc.)

The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent. Your data will be processed internally by the responsible contact person in order to forward your request. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your approval.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect. If your request does not result in a retention obligation (such as when placing an order), the data will be deleted after three years.

Connection data is usually deleted after seven days. If the homepage has been misused, the log data, which are required for evidence purposes, will be kept until the incident has been clarified.

8. Data protection in applications and in the application process

In order to process personal data from applicants and to handle the application process, the person responsible for data processing collects and processes them. These data are collected exclusively for this purpose. The processing can also be done electronically. This is especially the case if an applicant sends the relevant application documents electronically, for example by email or via a web form on the website, to the person responsible for processing. If an employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the data transmitted will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship and, of course, only in compliance with the statutory provisions.

If the person responsible for processing does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted within 6 months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the person responsible for processing.

9. Services and integration of third-party providers

You will also find content, services and benefits from other providers on our homepage. These complete our offer. These include, for example, the maps from Google Maps, videos from YouTube or other third-party offers. Calling up these services requires transmission.

The offer on our website also includes content, services and performances from other providers that complement our offer. Examples of such offers are maps from Google Maps, YouTube videos or third-party graphics. Calling up these services from third parties regularly requires your IP address to be transmitted. This enables these providers to perceive your user IP address and also to save it.

We endeavor to only include third-party providers who only use IP addresses to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on which third party provider may save the IP address.

The storage can, for example, serve statistical purposes. If we become aware of storage processes by third-party providers, we will inform our users of this fact immediately. In this context, please also note the special data protection declarations for individual third-party providers and service providers whose services we use on our website. You can also find them in this data protection declaration.

10. Cookies

We use cookies on our homepage. These are small text files that are saved on your computer as anonymous identification and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed.

The information obtained in this way about the use of the website helps us to evaluate visitor behavior and to improve our offer for you. You will receive the best support when you visit our homepage again. Only technical information and no personal data are collected.

10.1 Rejection of cookies

You can also use our website without using cookies. To switch off cookies, you have to change the settings in your browser.

However, this will restrict the functionality of our website.

11. Newsletter

You can subscribe to newsletters on our website. The data required for registration will only be used to send the newsletter, unless you consent to further use. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

When you visit the website, a connection is established with your browser. The following information collected is temporarily stored in system files and automatically recorded: IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of files accessed, website from which access was made or you were directed to our site (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device and the name of your provider.

12. Social media plug-ins

Third Party Content and Services

The offer on our website may also include content, services and performances from other providers that complement our offer. Examples of such offers are maps from Google Maps, YouTube videos or third-party graphics. Calling up these services from third parties regularly requires your IP address to be transmitted. This enables these providers to perceive your user IP address and also to save it.

We try very hard to only include third-party providers who only use IP addresses to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on which third party provider may save the IP address.

This storage can, for example, serve statistical purposes. If we become aware of storage processes by third-party providers, we will inform our users of this fact immediately. In this context, please also note the special data protection declarations of the individual third-party providers and service providers whose services we use on our website. As the website operator, we have the option of using so-called "Insights" to call up statistical data that is generated and made available by Facebook. The types of data affected are primarily:

  • Page activity, post interactions, shared content
  • Total number of page views, "likes"

12.2 Twitter

Plug-ins from Twitter, Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (“Twitter”) are integrated on our website. For this we use Twitter buttons, with which our Twitter account can be called up, as well as Twitter share buttons, with which the content of our website can be shared via your Twitter account. We also use a widget from Twitter with which we integrate the timeline of our latest tweets into our website and make them visible.

When you visit our website, your browser establishes a direct connection to a Twitter server and the content of the plug-ins is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the website. Certain data is automatically transferred to Twitter in the USA and stored there. The data includes connection data (your IP address, date and time, the URL called up), the browser type and the operating system.

If you are logged in to Twitter with the aforementioned plug-ins when you visit our website, your account information will be transmitted to Twitter, which enables Twitter to identify you directly via your profile and to associate you with your visit to our site. If you press a button, further data will be transmitted to Twitter and saved in your profile.

The data protection guidelines of Twitter at https://twitter.com/privacy contain information about the type, scope and purpose of data processing by Twitter.

If you want to prevent Twitter from receiving the data mentioned in the future and being able to assign it to your Twitter profile, you must log out of Twitter before visiting our website.

12.3 Google+

Plug-ins from the Google+ social network operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) are integrated on our website. For this we use the "g +" button for sharing content and as a link to our Google+ profile. We have also integrated a Google+ box (badge) for our Google+ profile into the website, which enables you to communicate with us directly via Google+ or to follow us there; either via the "Follow" button or as a link to our Google+ profile.

When you visit one of our pages that contains such plug-ins, your browser establishes a direct connection to a Google server. The plug-in content is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the website. In doing so, data is automatically transferred to Google in the USA and stored there on their servers. This transmitted data includes connection data (such as your IP address, date and time, the URL called up) as well as the browser and operating system used. Your visit to our website can be tracked by Google, even if you are not actively using the plug-in functions.

If you are logged in to your Google+ account while visiting our website, Google can assign your visit to our website directly to your user account. If you want to prevent this direct assignment, you must log out of Google+ before visiting our website.

Information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the transmitted data through the use of the Google+ plug-ins are contained in Google's data protection declaration ( https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners / ). These also contain information and links relating to your rights and the options for settings to protect your privacy.

12.4 Instagram

Plugins of the Instagram service are integrated on our website. These are offered by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA.

The integrated Instagram buttons are used by us to enable a link to our Instagram profile. A widget is also integrated, which enables us to display certain photos and videos from our Instagram profile on our website.

When you visit one of our pages that contains such a plug-in, your browser connects directly to an Instagram server. The plug-in content is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the website. In doing so, data is automatically transmitted to Instagram and stored on their servers. This transmitted data includes connection data (such as your IP address, date and time, the URL called up) as well as the browser and operating system used. Your visit to our website can thus be tracked by Instagram, even if you are not actively using the plug-in functions.

If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This enables Instagram to assign your visit to our website to your user account. If you want to prevent this direct assignment, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can find more information on this in Instagram's privacy policy:

https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388

12.5 YouTube (data protection mode)

In this case, YouTube still contacts the Google service, but according to Google's privacy policy, no personal data is evaluated. Accordingly, cookies to record user behavior are only set when the video is played. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles.

We have no knowledge of the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube, nor do we have any influence on it. You can find more information in YouTube's data protection declaration at https://www.google.co.za/intl/de/policies/privacy .

12.6 LinkedIn

Plug-ins of the social network LinkedIn of the LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“LinkedIn”) are integrated on our website. For this we use the "in" button to share content and to link to our LinkedIn profile.

LinkedIn records information that our corresponding pages with the LinkedIn plugins have been loaded in your web browser. LinkedIn also automatically receives the URL of the website you came from or the page to which you are being redirected. LinkedIn also receives the IP address of your computer or the proxy server through which you access the Internet, as well as information about the operating system of your computer and the web browser you are using, your mobile device (including the mobile device identifier available through the operating system of your mobile device), the Your mobile device operating system (if you are accessing LinkedIn on a mobile device) and the name of your Internet service or wireless service provider. LinkedIn may also receive location data from GPS-enabled devices that you have activated.

The provider uses the remarketing or “similar target groups” function of Google Inc. (“Google”) on the website. Using this function, the provider can target visitors to the website with targeted advertising by placing personalized, interest-based advertising ads for visitors to the provider's website when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network. To carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for creating interest-based advertisements, Google uses so-called cookies. For this purpose, Google saves a small file with a sequence of numbers in the browser of the website visitors. This number is used to record visits to the website as well as anonymized data on the use of the website. There is no storage of personal data of the visitors to the website. In exceptional cases, the IP address will only be shortened after it has been sent to the USA. Google evaluates the information transmitted and in this context provides further services for us website operators.

The determined IP address is not merged with other Google services.

13.2 Use of Google Fonts

We use fonts provided by Google on our homepage. (Google Fonts, provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The font is provided by Google for display in your browser. You can find Google's data protection declaration here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

13.3 Use of Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our homepage to display maps and for better route planning and location determination for our customers. Google LLC in the USA has undertaken to guarantee adequate data protection in accordance with the American-European and American-Swiss Privacy Shields. Further information can be found in the detailed data protection declaration from Google https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

13.4 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). If you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie will be placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, contain no personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.

If you visit certain Internet pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that there is no way that cookies can be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.

The information that is obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Here, customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.

If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can find more information and Google's data protection declaration at: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/ , http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

13.5 Use of Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements from Google Inc. (“Google”). The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on these pages.

The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats are transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This information can be passed on by Google to contractual partners of Google. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored about you.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose set out above.

13.6 Doubleclick by Google

  • Device category
  • Website channel
  • Advertising
  • Materials
  • Targeting selection
  • Conversion ID

13.7 Facebook pixels

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) to measure conversion.

In this way, the behavior of the site visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimized.

The data collected is anonymous for us as the operator of this website; we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook data usage guidelines. This enables Facebook to place advertisements on Facebook pages as well as outside of Facebook. As the website operator, we cannot influence this use of the data. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising measures including social media. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place, the consent can be withdrawn at any time.

You can find further information on protecting your privacy in Facebook's data protection information: https://facebook.com/about/privacy/.
